Loews Lake Las Vegas – Katie & Derek – Same Day Edit
I first met Katie after she found us on the Knot while searching for a wedding videographer. We instantly cliqued and she brought in her, then fiancé, Derek to show him everything we had to offer. After a great consultation with the two of them we knew their wedding at Loews Lake Las Vegas would be beautiful and fun, just like the two of them. Jacqueline Johnston did an amazing job with the planning and coordination of this event. Deep reds and bright oranges were incorporated into the décor to compliment the colors of the Baraka Ballroom. Gorgeous floral arrangements of roses and orchids were provided by Enchanted Florist. The ceiling was draped with red and orange fabric to accentuate the Moroccan style lanterns. Memory Lane Video played a huge role in their wedding. Not only did we capture every special moment of the day on film, but we provided various forms of entertainment during the reception including a photo montage, video guest book, and an incredible Same Day Edit. Four Seasons Hotel – Mallorie & Josh – Same Day Edit.
Same Day Edit: (Also called a wedding day edit) A short video produced from the footage of the wedding shot earlier in the day, usually only incorporating footage from pre-ceremony, ceremony and post ceremony, that is then showed at the reception as a recap of the wedding.
This same day edit is our third installment of the couple’s reaction to watching their wedding day shown at the reception.
I love Mallorie & Josh as they were best described as our most non-mainstreamed couple. Their wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas can be best described as simply beautiful. The highlight for me was to film Mallorie getting ready. Her cute smile and flawless appearance can be seen on camera. I think she looked like Snow White, so stunning.
Mallorie, funny as she may appear, is a very warm and emotional person. You can see her reaction as she watches her SAME DAY Edit, produced by MEMORY LANE VIDEO.
